We have used Bay Area Computer Solutions for all of our computer needs since 1999. We are a family of eight who live on three floors and over the years have upgraded/added computers to reach our present total of three Macs and five PCs.

After retirement, we wanted to get organized and put at least some of our 26,000 travel slides on DVD. But it wasn't until we hooked up with Bay Area Computer Solutions that we were able to get anywhere.
For a non-expert, it is extremely important to be taught procedures in clear language and to have them written down precisely... Bay Area Computer Solutions did all of that for us.
They coordinated everything for our task: Scanner for slides, Sound Forge for sounds, Roxio Ez media creator (it isn't that easy unless you have Bay Area Computer Solutions), and everything else needed to produce fully functional DVD in both NTSC and PAL format (for the family youngsters in Germany).
Whenever we had a crisis, Bay Area Computer Solutions made themselves available and streamlined our procedures. Since Bay Area Computer Solutions has worked with us, we have produced about 50 DVDs.
Most importantly for us though, is that we feel we will not be abandoned (as has happened before), but that we have a continuous access to their expertise.
